the art of storytelling is powerful
documenting your session ought to include emotion and movement to help spell out the j o y that is inside of you!
there is beauty in the “in-between’s” of life, and your whether your session will document a big life-change, or is maybe a tender gift to your dad for his 65th birthday, know that I live for the spaces in-between that help frame moments into memories that can be passed from generation to generation!

this encompasses everything for the ones who are head-over-heels in love! I have a lot of experience with these types of sessions, and will gladly take several of these each season - so don’t be afraid to reach out if this is something you’re looking for. my style is pretty similar to what I do for weddings, elopements and seniors - aka using direction and prompts to help guide the session. my favorite way to shoot these kinds of things is as a “documentarian” and storyteller! so I just shoot the session that happens! if you’re wanting to tell the story of your love, whether that be one that is months or decades old, I’d love to have the honor of capturing it!
family
if you need an updated photo for your christmas card, or if you realized it’s been 12 years since the fam got together for professional photos — I’m here for ya and happy to talk more about what your family needs. as stated above, my style is more prompt-and-direction with the wiggle room for life to happen (little nugget is crying? okay, we’ll give them some candy and let them take a breath before they start chasing mom around again!) I usually rock it out with smaller groups, but am open to taking a couple of large families each season, and we can further chat about how those typically go investment and logistics-wise!! are you ready for your family’s next adventure to be documented?!

it’s always a fun change of pace to have the joy of working 1-to-1 with someone for their individual session! these sessions are typically pretty quick. most folks only really need about a half hour (sometimes less), but if you’re looking for a full hour’s worth of content, we can customize the time and locations to your make your session hopes and vision come to life! I do not offer photoshop or retouching services, as I am a natural-light and documentary photographer! I’m down to shoot in a studio, outside, multiple backdrops/locations - you just tell me what you’re looking for and I’ll let ya know how I can serve you best!
